What information do you need for an event setup quote?
Send the event date, venue, floor plan if available, the areas to be built, brand assets and your installation and dismantling windows. We can then define the build scope and price.
Do you work on outdoor and indoor events?
We can review briefs for both. The build plan depends on the venue, site conditions, access and the agreed technical scope.
Can you handle only part of an event build?
Yes. Share the elements you need, such as a stage, display area or branded installation, and we will define what FANN will supply and install.
When should we contact you?
Once the event date, venue and brief are known. Lead time depends on the design, approvals, fabrication and site access, so we will check the schedule against your scope.
What is included in an event setup quote?
The quote should name the build elements, graphics, installation, handover and any dismantling FANN will supply. Confirm AV, power, internet, furniture, transport, storage, venue charges and equipment supplied by others separately. State the interfaces and exclusions rather than assuming all event services are included.
Who confirms event access and build approvals?
Agree the submission and coordination responsibilities with the organiser and venue for this event. Share the floor plan, site rules, installation and dismantling windows, and the technical requirements of each build element. Outdoor conditions, loads, power and any permits need project-specific checks; a previous event photo is not approval for the new site.
