ADIPEC 2026 exhibition stand planning
Dates checked 6 Oct 2026 | 2-5 November 2026 | ADNEC Centre, Abu Dhabi
An ADIPEC stand brief should separate technical-product display, demonstrations and business conversations. Confirm the exact ADNEC allocation and use the current exhibitor manual for stand setup. FANN can scope a proposal around those requirements rather than assume a standard stand package.
Share your show briefTechnical displays and business meetings
Identify full-size products, models, screens and demonstration equipment. Provide dimensions and weights, identify anything that moves or needs utilities, and say what visitors should be able to inspect. Size the reception, meeting space and storage from the actual team and product brief, not a guessed visitor forecast.
Allocation and installation interfaces
Check the hall, stand dimensions, open sides and neighbouring boundaries before approving a layout. Ask who supplies venue power, lifting, delivery access and any overhead services. A double-deck or overhead feature needs event-specific review; this guide states no universal height, loading or structural allowance.
Where the official setup instructions live
ADIPEC’s official FAQ directs exhibitors to log in to the Exhibitor Manual for stand setup and badges. Obtain the current manual and submission/service deadlines from that route. The venue map helps locate your allocation, but is not permission to install or an approved contractor drawing.
What to send for a scoped quote
Send the show, hall and stand allocation, dimensions, open sides, floor plan, products and demonstrations, utilities, brand assets, meeting/storage needs and your actual submission and installation deadlines. Agree design, materials, graphics, venue submissions, fabrication, transport, installation and any dismantling as separate scope items.
FANN is an independent stand design-and-build company, not the show organiser or an appointed official contractor. This guide does not replace your current exhibitor manual. No stand size, price, permit, deadline or utility capacity is inferred from the show dates.
