Exhibition stand builders for Abu Dhabi shows

Dubai office, Umm Al Quwain workshop, and a scope planned for your actual show.

Completed FANN installation for the ADEK National Expression exhibition in Abu Dhabi, with curved gallery walls and spotlit student artwork

Completed FANN project: the National Expression exhibition for ADEK in Abu Dhabi. A gallery installation, not proof of venue appointment or approval.

FANN is an independent Dubai studio with its own joinery workshop in Umm Al Quwain, building exhibition stands for Abu Dhabi shows. This page is about scope and responsibility, not a claim to be an official ADNEC contractor: for each project we agree who prepares drawings, submits them to the organiser and venue, orders services, installs the stand and removes it after the show. Our Abu Dhabi work includes the National Expression exhibition for ADEK. Completed Dubai stands are labelled as Dubai work wherever they appear as references.

Design and build around the actual stand allocation

Start with your stand dimensions, open sides and floor plan. List products, demonstrations, reception, meeting areas and storage. The layout and visual direction should support those needs before materials and production details are agreed.

Fabrication supported by our Umm Al Quwain workshop

Our in-house joinery workshop supports production of the agreed stand elements. Confirm drawings, quantities, materials and finish samples before release. Specialist structures and services must have their own responsibilities and requirements checked; a workshop reference does not establish every trade or engineering approval.

Venue submissions and services need a named owner

Send the current exhibitor manual and your allocation. Agree who prepares and submits drawings, obtains required approvals and orders utilities or overhead services. Requirements vary with the show, venue and design. FANN is independent, not the organiser or an appointed ADNEC official contractor.

Installation, support and dismantling are agreed scope items

Confirm transport, access, installation, handover checks, any on-site support and dismantling separately. Organiser charges, electricity, rigging, AV, furniture and storage should be named as included, excluded or supplied by others. No fixed duration, approval outcome or unconditional opening-date guarantee is assumed.

Compare itemised proposals, not only headline prices

Use the same drawings and scope when comparing stand builders. Identify materials, graphics, logistics, venue submissions, exclusions and changes after design approval. A concept image is not a structural specification. Your project is priced against the agreed brief rather than a standard rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your office and workshop?

Our office is in Dubai and our in-house joinery workshop is in Umm Al Quwain. We support exhibition stand projects for Abu Dhabi shows; this page does not claim an Abu Dhabi office.

What do you need for an Abu Dhabi stand quote?

Send the show and venue, stand dimensions, open sides, floor plan, planned products and activities, brand assets and required dates. Include the current exhibitor manual and any drawings already available.

Do you provide design, fabrication and installation?

Yes, these can be included in the agreed proposal. Materials, graphics, transport, venue submissions, support and dismantling must be specified rather than assumed to be included in every project.

Who handles organiser and authority submissions?

Agree the responsible party for each submission and approval in the scope. The requirements depend on your show and actual design. No blanket approval guarantee or official-contractor status is claimed.

Do you have real Abu Dhabi project photographs?

Yes. The National Expression gallery for ADEK in Abu Dhabi has a full photographed case study in our portfolio. Other archive references on this page are completed Dubai work and are labelled as such.

Is dismantling included automatically?

No. Dismantling, transport after the show, storage and reuse are included only when stated in the agreed scope.

Can I review design choices before requesting a quote?

Yes. The Abu Dhabi stand design guide covers visitor routes, product displays, meeting areas and the information needed before production. Completed Dubai stand references are labelled as Dubai work, not Abu Dhabi projects.
