What details do you need to quote a custom stand?
Send us the show name, venue, stand size and deadline. A floor plan, brand guidelines and the functions your stand needs will help us shape the brief and quote.
How does the design and build process work?
We start with your brief and site requirements, develop a concept, agree the scope and drawings, then fabricate and install the approved build. Venue requirements and the installation window are checked for each project.
Can FANN build and install the stand?
FANN offers design, fabrication and on-site installation for exhibition projects. The exact scope, venue submissions and handover schedule are agreed for your show.
When should I get in touch?
As soon as you have a show, venue and stand allocation. Lead times vary with the design, approvals, production scope and venue access, so share your deadline rather than relying on a standard turnaround.
Is a custom build different from a modular stand?
A custom build is designed around your specific layout and use. A modular system uses reusable components. We can discuss which approach fits the floor plan, brief and future show plans.
What should the stand quote include and exclude?
Ask for an itemised scope covering the agreed design, structure, graphics, lighting, installation and any dismantling. Confirm separately who supplies furniture, AV, internet and venue services, and whether organiser charges, rigging, storage or later changes are included. Do not assume a package covers them unless the quote says so.
Does a stand quote guarantee venue approval?
No. The design and submission responsibilities must be agreed against the current exhibitor manual and the venue requirements. Share the manual, floor plan and submission dates before production. Approval remains subject to the organiser or venue review; dimensions, structural loads and electrical needs cannot be inferred from a past project photo.
