Use the reference to brief your stand

List the product ranges, shelf and display dimensions, storage needs and any sampling or demonstration activity. Mark reception, discussion and visitor routes on your actual floor plan. Identify utilities and food-handling requirements with the current organiser manual rather than assume they apply to every stand.
