Automechanika Dubai 2026 exhibition stand planning
Dates checked 6 Oct 2026 | 10-12 November 2026 | Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai
Automechanika Dubai moves to Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City for 2026. Do not reuse a previous DWTC delivery plan without checking the new allocation, hall access and organiser instructions. Plan the stand around the parts, tools, equipment or vehicles your buyers need to examine.
Share your show briefProduct and vehicle display requirements
List product sizes, weights and display security needs. If a vehicle or heavy equipment is proposed, supply delivery dimensions and the intended demonstration. Check display permissions, loading, movement and access with the organiser before the design is frozen; vehicle approval is not assumed.
The DEC move changes the logistics brief
Confirm the exact hall and stand allocation at DEC, delivery route, access slots, storage and return transport. Exhibiting dates are not your contractor move-in or dismantling schedule. Agree which venue services and transport tasks the stand quote includes, and which are ordered separately.
Official exhibitor and safety information
Use the organiser’s exhibitor planning page and its current guide. That page states that exhibitors and contractors must follow hall-access safety rules, including high-visibility vests and safety shoes during build-up and tear-down. Read the linked current Hall Access and PPE Policy for full instructions and timings.
What to send for a scoped quote
Send the show, hall and stand allocation, dimensions, open sides, floor plan, products and demonstrations, utilities, brand assets, meeting/storage needs and your actual submission and installation deadlines. Agree design, materials, graphics, venue submissions, fabrication, transport, installation and any dismantling as separate scope items.
FANN is an independent stand design-and-build company, not the show organiser or an appointed official contractor. This guide does not replace your current exhibitor manual. No stand size, price, permit, deadline or utility capacity is inferred from the show dates.
