Middle East Energy exhibition stand design in Dubai
Completed FANN project at a Dubai World Trade Centre show: TREVOS at Light Middle East, Dubai, 2023. It documents Dubai show experience; it does not establish a Middle East Energy appointment, a past Middle East Energy edition or a measured visitor result.
FANN designs and builds exhibition stands for Middle East Energy exhibitors. Middle East Energy 2027 runs 11-13 May 2027 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, alongside Intersolar Middle East. A build brief starts with your booked hall, stand number and floor plan, then agrees the design, materials, graphics, transport, installation and handover scope. FANN is an independent contractor, not an organiser-appointed contractor.
Send your Middle East Energy stand briefMiddle East Energy 2027: confirm your hall before the layout
Middle East Energy 2027 runs 11-13 May at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, co-located with Intersolar Middle East. Each hall and allocation carries its own access, build-up window and service arrangements, so design and logistics follow your booking and the exhibitor manual, not the show name alone.
- Confirm hall, stand number, dimensions and open sides from your booking before design starts.
- Check the exhibitor manual for your hall's build-up, submission and dismantling deadlines.
- Share the current floor plan as soon as it is issued; layouts are priced against it.
Design around heavy equipment, power and live demos
Energy stands carry real hardware: generators, transformers, switchgear, battery systems and solar arrays. The layout follows your exhibit list, the weight and floor-loading of each unit, safe viewing distances and how demonstrations run, from open plinths to enclosed technical rooms.
- List every exhibit with dimensions, weight and power requirements.
- State which units run live and what each needs for power, cabling and safety clearance.
- Decide how many parallel technical conversations the stand must host, and at what privacy level.
Floor loading, rigging and utilities are settled before production
Heavy exhibits and overhead structures need early confirmation of floor-loading limits, rigging points and utility routes with the venue and organiser. These are agreed against your final layout before fabrication starts, not on site.
- Confirm floor-loading limits and any rigging needs for your hall early.
- Order power, water, compressed air and data through the organiser's official channels.
- Lock the final layout before production so utility positions match the build.
Approvals, utilities and product claims stay with their owners
Organiser approvals, utility orders and any technical or certification wording on graphics belong to the exhibitor and the organiser, not to the stand contractor. FANN builds to the agreed design and states which items it supplies; permissions and claims are identified as separate responsibilities in the quote.
- Approve all graphic wording through your own technical review before print.
- Ask the organiser which stand designs and live demos need advance permission.
- Keep certificates and technical claims with your own compliance owner.
What belongs in a Middle East Energy stand-build quote
A comparable quote lists every element separately so you can see what is included and what is supplied by others. FANN itemises design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture, AV coordination, transport, installation, handover checks and dismantling, and flags organiser services and utilities as separate items.
- Agree the full scope in writing before production starts.
- Identify organiser services, utilities and approvals as items supplied by others.
- Ask who is responsible for on-site changes and what they cost.
