FANN designs and builds exhibition stands for ArabPlast exhibitors. ArabPlast 2027 runs 24-26 March 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, Halls 1-8. A build brief starts with your booked hall, stand number and floor plan, then agrees the design, materials, graphics, transport, installation and handover scope. FANN is an independent contractor, not an organiser-appointed contractor.
Send your ArabPlast stand briefArabPlast 2027 runs 24-26 March at Dubai World Trade Centre across Halls 1-8. Each hall and allocation carries its own access, build-up window and service arrangements, so design and logistics follow your booking and the exhibitor manual, not the show name alone.
Plastics and rubber stands range from raw material and masterbatch displays to running machinery and recycling lines. The layout follows what you show: product walls and sample counters need lighting and graphic support, while live machines need floor loading, power, compressed air and safe viewing distances.
Running injection moulding, extrusion or recycling machinery concentrates weight and utilities in one footprint. Floor loading, rigging, power and compressed air points are agreed with the venue and organiser against your final layout before fabrication starts.
Organiser approvals, utility orders and any technical or certification wording on graphics belong to the exhibitor and the organiser, not to the stand contractor. FANN builds to the agreed design and states which items it supplies; permissions and claims are identified as separate responsibilities in the quote.
A comparable quote lists every element separately so you can see what is included and what is supplied by others. FANN itemises design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture, AV coordination, transport, installation, handover checks and dismantling, and flags organiser services and utilities as separate items.
