Building-material samples, sanitary products, coatings and equipment create different display needs. Choose what visitors should see from the aisle and what they should examine at close range. A display plan should leave enough room for product discussion without blocking the visitor route.
A photograph cannot establish a shelf load, floor capacity, fixing detail or safe demonstration zone. FANN and the exhibitor should identify who supplies each display, who checks its support and connections, and what the venue or specialist supplier must approve. Do not assume a stand-build quote includes venue power, lifting, plumbing or equipment commissioning.
Ask for a named scope covering design, fabrication, graphics, agreed lighting, transport, installation and handover checks. Identify furniture, AV, organiser services, specialist equipment, storage and dismantling as included, excluded or supplied by others. Changes after design approval, access dependencies and the payment schedule should be written down. The exhibition date alone does not establish a safe production lead time.
A Big 5 brief can include English and Arabic brand artwork, product labels and visitor-facing messages. Supply approved wording and artwork rather than relying on a builder to translate product claims.
