A defence exhibition stand has to carry real equipment, private meetings and protocol-level hospitality at the same time. FANN can develop an exhibition stand design and build proposal around your IDEX allocation, equipment displays, demonstration needs and meeting programme. Our Dubai office coordinates the brief and our Umm Al Quwain workshop supports the agreed fabrication. We are an independent contractor, not the IDEX organiser or an appointed official contractor.
Share your IDEX stand briefThe organiser lists the 17th edition for 25-29 January 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, checked on the official event site on 19 October 2026. Send the hall and stand number, dimensions and open sides from your exhibitor documents. Public show dates are not build-up, submission or dismantling deadlines; those come from your exhibitor manual.
List what will be displayed - vehicles, weapons systems, electronics or scale models - and what each item needs in weight, floor loading, power and security. Plan the visitor route from the public edge of the stand to controlled demonstration areas, so casual visitors, invited delegations and VVIP protocol visits each get the right level of access without crossing paths.
Defence programmes are discussed in private. Plan enclosed meeting rooms, a majlis or hospitality lounge and catering support into the footprint from the start, with acoustic separation from demonstration areas. Double-deck structures can add private meeting capacity above a working ground floor, subject to venue approval.
FANN takes the agreed design into fabrication in our own workshop, then logistics, installation and dismantling at the venue. You get one scoped contract and one accountable team from concept to handover.

Double-deck structures are possible subject to venue approval and the exhibitor manual rules for the show. Share your allocation and requirements and FANN will confirm feasibility inside the scoped proposal.
