A technology stand has to make the demonstration work, not only look good in a render. FANN can develop an exhibition stand design and build proposal around your GITEX allocation, live demos, displays and meeting needs. Our Dubai office coordinates the brief and our Umm Al Quwain joinery workshop supports the agreed fabrication. We are an independent contractor, not the GITEX organiser or an appointed official contractor.
Share your GITEX stand briefOfficial sources checked on 12 October 2026 list the exhibition and conferences for 8-11 December at Expo City Dubai, with the venue listing identifying Dubai Exhibition Centre. The separate GITEX Summit is on 7 December at Dubai World Trade Centre. Send the venue, hall and stand allocation on your exhibitor documents. These public event dates are not build-up, submission or dismantling deadlines.
List what each demo needs to show and what visitors need to do. A screen-led software demonstration, a device display and a staffed hands-on experience need different space and service briefs. Work from the actual equipment and presenter positions, then plan the display, viewing space and queue without blocking entry.
Identify the equipment, service requirements and responsible supplier before the layout is signed off. Confirm organiser service-order routes and deadlines from the current exhibitor manual. Dedicated internet, Wi-Fi, AV and electrical services should not be assumed to be included in a stand build. A demonstration that depends on connectivity also needs a fallback agreed by your technical team; FANN does not promise network speed or uptime.
Decide whether the stand needs short aisle conversations, seated sales meetings or a more private discussion area. Place reception, storage and equipment access so they do not compete with the main demo. Your team should specify the lead-capture process, devices and privacy requirements. The layout can support this workflow, but it does not guarantee traffic, leads or sales.
Provide the manual, allocated stand plan and submission or service deadlines. Agree the owners of drawings, approvals, utilities, installation access, on-site support and dismantling. Confirm materials, graphics, equipment interfaces and any specialist structure before production. Do not reuse a previous venue assumption or treat a 3D concept as a structural approval.
The proposal should identify design deliverables, stand elements, graphics, logistics, installation and any support or dismantling. State separately which services come from the organiser or specialist suppliers. Send your budget range and required dates with the brief; no fixed price, completion duration or approval outcome is assumed.
These are documented FANN portfolio projects at other Dubai shows. They are not evidence of GITEX experience, an official appointment or results achieved at GITEX.
