A print and packaging stand lives or fails on the running machine, not the render. FANN can develop an exhibition stand design and build proposal around your Gulf Print & Pack allocation, live equipment demonstrations, sample displays and meeting needs. Our Dubai office coordinates the brief and our Umm Al Quwain workshop supports the agreed fabrication. We are an independent contractor, not the Gulf Print & Pack organiser or an appointed official contractor.

Send the hall and stand number, dimensions and open sides from your exhibitor documents. Public show dates are not build-up, submission or dismantling deadlines; those come from your exhibitor manual.
List every machine that will run on the stand and what visitors need to see it do. A live digital press, a packaging line section and a static sample display each need different space, power and safety briefs. Work from the actual machine footprint, operator positions and visitor viewing line, then plan sample storage, counters and meeting space around it.
Print and packaging buyers expect to leave with samples. Plan sample production, storage and display so the stand does not fill with cartons, and keep at least one enclosed or semi-enclosed meeting area for specification and price discussions away from machine noise.
FANN takes the agreed design into fabrication in our own workshop, then logistics, installation and dismantling at the venue. You get one scoped contract and one accountable team from concept to handover.

Cost depends on stand size, structure, machinery support requirements, graphics, AV, flooring and services ordered through the venue. Share your allocation and machine list and FANN will return a scoped proposal instead of a guess.
