Either way, materials, finishes and structural details are agreed before production, and no structural capacity or approval is inferred from archive photographs.
Ask for a scoped quote covering design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture, transport, installation, handover checks and dismantling, with organiser services, utilities, AV, cleaning, waste and storage marked as included, excluded or supplied by others. Agree change costs and responsibilities before production. A lower quote that excludes installation or dismantling is not the same offer.
